Hello, @arthurrosalen

Apologize for the inconvenience. What version of D5 are you currently using? Is this issue only happening with this specific file, or is it occurring with all of your files? Could you please provide a photo or video of this issue? Optimizing your file is crucial when using D5. Activating the statistics feature will help you monitor your VRAM usage. If your VRAM usage goes over 90%, it can cause irregularities like lagging, freezing, or even shutting down D5. You can refer to this guide to enable the statistics: What do the parameters in the Statistics represent? | User Manual

Please let me know if these suggestions work. Thank you.

Hi! The version of D5 is 2.8.0.0469 Pro. This is the most complex file I did until now. I am a architect from Brazil. My fear is that every file full of details become like this one. There’s someting I can do to make my file better? It’s because have to much Sketchup furnitures? I believe that I have a good computer, so it locks strange he suffer so much to run this file.

Here te video of me woking in the file, 3 to 8 FTPs =(

I Can send the file to you if it helps. Thanks for the response.

Hello, @arthurrosalen

I’ve noticed that your D5 version is outdated. You can download the updated version from the official D5 website at https://www.d5render.com/. Please send your scene file to support@d5techs.com, include the complete forum link of this issue, and tag me (Mas) for easy tracking. Thanks!

Hello @arthurrosalen

Thank you for sending this through. Upon checking your file, I noticed that your VRAM usage has reached 95%, which can cause issues like lagging, freezing, slow rendering, or even shutting down D5 Render. To resolve this issue, you need to reduce your file size by optimizing elements such as foliage, lighting, and models. By doing so, you can handle the file easily and smoothly. Start by reducing the polygon counts in the modeling software you are using and delete any unseen or unwanted faces or surfaces.

Additionally, I noticed that you have set several cameras in the scene list. Another approach is to duplicate your file, separating the interior and exterior rendering of your project, making it easier to delete unnecessary and unseen objects. Always remember to check your dedicated GPU memory usage when running the file. If it exceeds 90%, you will encounter more problems in the future. You can refer to the attached photo for guidance.

Do activate the statistic feature see the photo below

Please let me know if this suggestion fixes the issue. Thank you

Thank you for the agility of you response! You guys and girls are awesome! =D
I am an architect, so in my files I model it all together, in and outside the house, so the client can “walkthrow” his house, like a virtual tour, so they can see everything together, and feel exactly how his house will be, this is why I draw, illuminate and decorate everthing. If i understand, unfortunately there’s nothing i can do to make this process smother then. Unless i buy another monster computer hahaha! But is ok, I will try to follow some of your suggestions.
Tanks very much for your attention! Bye!

Hi @arthurrosalen,

Happy to be at help and thank you so much for supporting D5 Render
