Why do I have to log in to D5 every time I start the software?

I only used to have to login every couple weeks, but now it’s every time I start D5, and it’s starting to impact our presentations to our clients. D5 should remember who I am and not constantly ask me log in again. See attached images for system and version info.


I am using a teams account, and I am the owner of the account.

Hi @alibengood sorry about that. Can you try using another network. And confirm youre the only one logged into the account.

Hello, this is happening on any network I am connected to. I am the only one logged in with this userId and it’s only on this device. I have a coworker who is also on our teams account, but he has his own login.

Send us the following results:

  • Download Speed Test: this will tell how fast you download D5 related content/assets

  • URL Connectivity Test: This will check if you are able to access the following links, which are essential in using D5’s features.

We can also provide you with our IPs and Domains for you to whitelist, just to be sure there are no blocks that may have triggered this issue. I will be sending it to you privately.
