When I click play presentation it’s just a black screen

Great updates. I don’t think presentation is working correctly, for me at least. When I click play presentation it’s just a black screen.

I apologize for the inconvenience. May we know more about the issue that you’re experiencing?

  • Some issues that were reported were already fixed in 3.1.0.0746. If you are not yet at this version, please update it.

  • Does this occur with all of your files or only with specific files? If this occurs to a specific file only, please send us the D5 File.
