I have a file I’ve been working on for the past couple of days and now I’ve been stuck at 15% loading. What is actually happening on the back end during loading? This is not normal - is there documentation that I can review to prevent situations like this?

We have the log files to record this, but I am not sure whether you can read and understand the meaning of it. Anyway, if you have problems, you can send the log files to us for troubleshooting.

We just wrapped the project - let me see if i can pull the log.
I think the challenege is that my team works from two seprate machine one from home, and one in the office.
Our company also, as of yesterday, switched everyone to a new server. That said I was working 100% locally. So its hard to tell what is causing the slow down.
Hi mate, using a server may cause the slowdown. If the local file is not slow, that’s definitely the internet issue.
