Weird green glitch on render image and video

D5 2.11
RTX 4080TI
driver version 581.57

hi guys i have werid problem, some time the glass on the image and video rendering turn green like this, anyone know how to solve it? thnks

Hi @krisnayudi654

Can you confirm what specific glass material or preset you’re using in this scene? The green surroundings near the glass can also cause color bleeding through GI. Thanks

hi, i use normal glass

Got it @krisnayudi654. Could you clarify a few points?

  1. Is the glass in your 3D model a colored material, or standard clear glass?
  2. Does your glass have multiple layers (e.g., double glazing, glass + railing, or layered panes), or is it a single‑layer sheet?
  3. When you say it “sometimes the glass turns green,” do you mean only at certain camera angles or lighting conditions? Or all the time, including in viewport/preview before rendering?

I haven’t been able to replicate the problem with standard single-layer clear glass, so these details will help pinpoint whether the issue is with the material setup, multi-layer interactions, or lighting/GI effects. Thanks!

hi ela sorry for late reaply,

  1. no is not colourd material
  2. its only 1 face, yes single layer
  3. yes only on that view, other than that its fine, in the viewport its apper normal

Hi @krisnayudi654

Thank you for the additional details. To help us investigate further, could you please:

  1. Attach a short screen recording or video showing the camera transitioning to the angle where the glass turns green. This will help us see how and when the artifact appears.
  2. Share your render settings, so we can replicate them on our end and check for any extreme refraction or reflection values that might be causing the issue.

If possible, please also share your file—both the 3D model and the D5 synced file—so we can test it directly and confirm whether this is scene-specific, environment-specific, or a rendering glitch. You can upload it to WeTransfer and share the download link with me privately.
