Hello, I just watched the webinar “Design with Real Context: Cesium vs. D5 Rendering in Action!” and when I tried to use the redemption code for the first time, on a single machine, I got a message that the code had already been used. Can you help me resolve this? Tks!

Graphics Card: Nvidia 3060 12gb
Driver Version: 580.97

Sorry I was not able to reply immediately. But I was able to confirm that the redemption you have shared to me was only eligible for August 2025 hence the reason why you are not able to use it now.
