Hello, @Infinity_Design
Apologies for this issue. Have you activated the LOD in your preferences and adjusted the cull distance? Kindly go to preference → rendering and find below the preview cull distance.
Please let me know if this suggestion works for you.
Thanks
Yes, I did it, and try with and without “super resolution” too…
HI, @Infinity_Design
Could you share any documents or results? Does the issue persist? If yes, is this the first time you’ve encountered this kind of issue? Is this happening to all of your files or only to this specific file? Could you share your full D5 folder for this file for testing purposes? Please send it to support@d5techs.com. You can also add the full link to this issue (D5 Forum). Lastly, tag me @maslu, your technical support, for easy tracking.
Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you.
Thank you.
That’s it, I just sent my scene to support (with your name on Tag).
I have reviewed your file and discovered that when hovering near the waterfall particle or changing its viewpoint, the water disappears. We are currently troubleshooting it now. I’ve already shared your file with our team to investigate the problem more closely. We would probably fix this issue in subsequent releases.
Thank you.
