Video Card driver crashed and was reset

Hi there - has anyone encounter this before.

Video driver crashed and was reset! I have a new RTX 3080 and the latest driver. Last command was to copy a light.

Please advise. Thank you.

  • Check and upgrade the graphics card driver

Outdated graphics card drivers may cause issues, please keep your graphics card drivers as the latest version.

  • Run as Admin

When getting the notification of graphics card crash, please close D5 Render and try the following steps:

  1. Right-click on the “D5 Render” icon, and select “Run as admin”
  2. Close D5 after entering the welcome page
  3. Restart your PC
  4. Start and use D5

Just another quick question that I’m still waiting for. Will you be able in future builds to add more than one graphic card for example 2 x RTX 3080. Not using bridge connection but rather like Vray where you can add multiple graphics cards to your production render,
