Video bitrate too high

**Graphics Card:**RTX 4060
**Driver Version:**566.36
Issue Description:
I tried to render 15 video clips from the render queue, all of them were successfully rendered but half of the total files changed to .avi format and the video bitrate increased drastically, the highest bitrate was up to 1 million bitrate

but when I use the normal render option without using the render queue, the format and bitrate become normal with .mp4 output
