I have been trying to use D5 in another computer and I don’t receive the verification email. I need a email to contact support please.
We cannot unbind these devices for you but we can certain check why you’re not receiving these verification codes.
But it seems that you were able to receive these codes normally, our system did not detect any blocks or unsuccessful attempts to send these verification codes. Please check your mailbox if there are any emails from security@d5techs.com. If there is still none, please whitelist our email domain @d5techs.com
