URGENT: VR Beta Mode Issue with Large 1.8GB Project – D5 Pro Annual License

Je rencontre un problème avec le mode VR Beta sur D5 Render.

Configuration :

  • Version : D5 Pro (licence annuelle)
  • Carte graphique : RTX 3060
  • RAM : 64 Go
  • Casque VR : HTC Vive Pro
  • Taille du fichier : 1.8 Go

Hi @bachir.chabou

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. VR Beta is still experimental, and some scene elements may be simplified or not displayed to maintain performance.

To better understand and diagnose the issue, could you clarify:

  1. When you launch VR, does the scene display at all, or is it blank/failing to render?
  2. When it did launch once, did the entire scene appear, or were parts missing?
  3. Does your scene include dense scatter, many lights, or large textures?
  4. What SteamVR settings (resolution/framerate) are you using?

Also, could you explain exactly how it displays incorrectly, or provide a screenshot of what you see in VR?

Thanks, and I look forward to your response.

Dear Support Team,

Thank you for your response.

Please find below the requested information:

  1. When I launch VR, the scene does not display completely. It stutters heavily, and when I slightly move my head, the image disappears and turns into a grey screen. The scene is not stable at all.
  2. The project is an exterior design. It includes natural sunlight (daylight) and some additional exterior lighting sources for night ambiance. There is vegetation and outdoor elements in the scene.
  3. SteamVR settings:
  • Refresh rate: 90 Hz
  • Resolution: 70%

I am attaching screenshots that show how the image does not display completely in VR.

Please let me know if you need any additional logs or specific settings from D5. I would really appreciate your guidance on how to optimize the project to make VR run properly.

Thank you again for your support.
