Dear D5 Team,
I’ve been experiencing persistent issues for several months now, starting with version 2.10 when the AI features were introduced. None of the AI tools have worked for me since then. Additionally, I can no longer save lighting presets — a feature that used to work perfectly and is now causing significant delays in my workflow.
I have already reinstalled the software, updated all my GPU drivers, and confirmed that my system exceeds the recommended requirements. Despite this, the problems persist. I was hoping the recent 2.11 update would fix the issue, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. When I try to use the AI features, nothing loads at all — no prompts, no progress, absolutely nothing. The same happens on both my desktop and my laptop.
Interestingly, I once logged into my D5 account on a friend’s computer, and everything worked flawlessly — all AI features and presets functioned just as expected. However, when I log back in on my own devices, none of those features work.
Just to clarify, my current D5 cloud usage is 3.81 GB out of the 10 GB available, so I don’t believe this is related to a storage limitation either.
As a professional render artist, I rely heavily on these tools. I’ve been a loyal Pro user for over a year now and have had no complaints — I truly love this software and don’t plan on switching to anything else. But I urgently need this issue resolved.
