Updating asset keep being pending

Im currently using this file for like 1 months, really smooth, and today i see i need to update the asset, but the update keep being pending like this like forever, what should i do

Hi @pdhuy03092000,

What version of D5 are you using? How long has this display lasted? Please make sure your stable network connection. BTW, have you ever changed the location or name of any files in D5 folder?

Please check whether you can download assets from the D5 Assets Library; it seems the Workspace folder you set needs admin permissions? Try running D5 Render with admin permission.

it’s already the assets of d5 !

Yes, I know. You can cancel the pending status first, and try if you can download an asset from D5 Assets Library successfully.

If not, please try to run D5 as administrator and see the result.
