I’ve been working with D5 with no problems, but when I updated the new version suddenly I can’t open the program. I have a Nvidia RTX 3070 8GB with 11thGen Intel I7-11370H with 16gb RAM
I tried updating the graphic cards but it’s all good, don’t understand why it isn’t working. Any help?

Then, you can reinstall D5 Render 2.3 to overwrite the current one:

I have the same problem at first, then i uninstall everything and set my antivirus (Norton) to exclude everything with d5_render,
Now its perfect
@Oliver.J anyway, the latest update are kinda sketchy, hahhaa
The sketchup converter alone detected as virus.
The D5 exp also detected as Virus.
In my case i use Norton. FYI
Norton!!! I will contact them again, last time they told me we are already on the whitelist
Hi, when you met problems that D5 Render is stopped by Norton, can you please show me a screenshot of what specific file cause that problem?
