Hi,
I have this issue for months, I couldn’t log in because of this issue, “unbind the device”.
Our IT team couldn’t figure it out. The account is from the company, we don’t have access to it, only our IT team. It should be a straight forward process but for some reason, our IT team just couldn’t finish the task. what is preventing them from completing the task?..
Please help.
Hello, @design-infinity I’m here to help and apologize for having you in these circumstances, may I know on what part your IT team having some roadblocks? Have they received the verification code?
For data security reasons, each D5 account keeps records of up to 3 devices; if the number of client devices logged in by an account exceeds 3, this message will be displayed on the login screen. Users can unbundle themselves in My Space; after unbundling, they can log in normally.
Please let me know on what part your IT encountered struggles so that I can asses you further.
How are you doing? I just wanted to follow up on the above issue to see if it has been resolved. What steps were taken to address it? Also, is the PC you intended to reformat, is the one linked to the account you’re encountering issues with?
Yes the pc bounded to my account is the same pc I want to format. I want to reset it. I wanted to know if my D5 account will work again if after reinstall?
After reformatting your device, you can still open and operate D5 normally under the Community version. Upon checking your account, I found that you have already used up the eight (8) gifted days of professional version starting from July 1, 2024. As a result, your account was automatically downgraded to the Community version on July 9, 2024. I strongly suggest that you re-apply for the Professional version to have access to more features and privileges.
Hi there, I have checked it on our end and found that we have successfully delivered the email for the verification code. You might want to check your Spam Folder, Thank you~
As for the other email ( sagar.tygai@sparrowi.com ), we can’t seem to find a d5 account bound using that email.
