Dear D5 Render Support Team,

I’m encountering an issue whenever I try to sign in to my Pro account. I keep receiving an error message that says, “Google verify timeout.” I suspect this is happening because I initially created my account using Google instead of setting up a standard D5 Render account.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? Ideally, I would like to update my login information or change my password to create a proper D5 account and avoid running into this problem in the future.

Additionally, this issue has caused me to lose an entire morning of productivity, as I have been unable to access my account. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I assume that your D5 Account is connected to your Google account.

  • Have you enabled a 2-step verification in your Google account and failed to enter it multiple times?
  • Does restarting your PC or transferring to another network connection make any difference?

I have log in issues today. Wont log in (not with google). via normal email / password
