I’m encountering an issue whenever I try to sign in to my Pro account. I keep receiving an error message that says, “Google verify timeout.” I suspect this is happening because I initially created my account using Google instead of setting up a standard D5 Render account.
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? Ideally, I would like to update my login information or change my password to create a proper D5 account and avoid running into this problem in the future.
