Whenever I try to render a scene (any scene), the application crashes.

What about the demo scene at the welcome page? The interior one

Just tried the demo scene earlier… application still crashes when rendering/exporting photo

Already checked, still no improvements

  • Run as Admin

When getting the notification of graphics card crash, please close D5 Render and try the following steps:

  1. Right-click on the “D5 Render” icon, and select “Run as admin”
  2. Close D5 after entering the welcome page
  3. Restart your PC
  4. Start and use D5

If still fails, please zip and send these two folders named “Logs” to support@d5techs.com

  • Win C: “%local appdata%\d5_immerse\Saved\Logs”
  • Installation Directory of D5 Render: “D5 Render\logs”
