Unable to log in to the Pro version. Please help me

I am an Edu Pro user. Yesterday, when I tried to log in, it showed “please log in with your Edu account on the bound device” and I couldn’t log in. However, I was attempting to log in on the registered device and had not logged in from any other device. I don’t know why this is happening. Please help.

Hello. When did you apply for your edu account? If you applied after 2.7, did you apply with your current computer? After 2.7, whichever computer you apply from, your edu account will be bound directly to that computer.
Have you recently changed your computer’s hardware?
BTW, Have you logged into your edu account in administrator mode before?

About two weeks ago, I applied for an educational account. I haven’t changed any computer hardware. Suddenly, I was logged out and now I can’t log back in. Just in case, here is my account information: 22105013@kaywon.ac.kr
