Issue Description: I haven’t been able to log into the D5 Launcher or the website on my PC since yesterday evening. Tried on both Chrome and Edge. In the browser, the “log in” button is greyed out/disabled on load, and a few consecutive errors appear up top that say “Connect Timeout” even if i don’t click anything. In the launcher, after I enter my email and password and click “log in” the program seems to process for a while, but eventually the “log in” button becomes active/enabled again and there’s no feedback or error message as to what went wrong. I can log in from my phone just fine. I tried to follow the steps from the solution posted to this thread, but the problem persists. I’d be grateful for any help.
- Have you tried connecting to another internet connection or perhaps using your own Mobile Data? Using a VPN is also an option. Just to see if the issue persists.
- You can also check if you have an active Firewall and Antivirus software; you may disable them temporarily and try again.
