Tour - save doesn't work

Tour - save doesn’t work. Camera FOV is going back to last saved position every time.

Generally every of your features even those web based are buggy, not fully functional.

I have reproduced this issue on my end. Spatial roaming exhibits this problem, while panoramic roaming does not. Our team is planning to make improvements and further address this issue.

[Update] This issue has been identified as a CDN cache problem.

  • By adding a timestamp, we can ensure that the latest content is retrieved each time, and it’s expected to be fixed tomorrow or in the following days.(given that there are no other unforeseen circumstances)

Generally Tours completely doesn’t work ! I don’t know what to say. Just Chinese technology. I will send some video soon.

Why I see D5 Logo on tours only ?

I can’t send tour to client because of your D5 logo - WHY ?

The same issue with saving using "display physical position :

I don’t know if this is the same issue but probably after switching from scene to scene there is need to save every time. It not store changes from switching from scene to scene - probably this is issue.

Also these camera scene points are way too small using tablets or phone :

Try modifying the physical and ground position right now and see if the issue persists.
