Can you give us more details on this issue that you’re experiencing? Such as:

  • The full context of the problem, you may send us a video recording showing the issue encountered.
  • Does this occur to all of your files or only to specific ones?
  • About the SKP imported objects, where are they located? Preferably, they should be in your Local C or D drive, not in any cloud or server storage.
