Thumbnails of materials and models are not visible and it doesn’t even work
For example, changing materials, placing trees, etc.
Tried reinstalling but still the same problem

Hello, this seems a network issue, could you please check whether D5 Render is blocked by your AV software or Windows firewall? Also, you could try switching a network( i.g. Wifi) then see the result.
