The screen freezes while using D5 Render.

Hello, I’m having an issue and would like to ask for help.

As mentioned in the title, while using D5 Render, my screen suddenly freezes. The mouse also stops responding, and the computer remains powered on but completely unresponsive.

As shown in the image below, my computer specs are not that bad, but it keeps freezing whenever I use the program.

I am currently using three monitors, and I’m not sure if that might be causing the problem. If anyone knows a solution, please let me know.
