When I reload the model it disappears, even though the project name and File location are the same.
Hi @raalkobisy
I apologize for the inconvenience. Are you perhaps using a cloud storage to store these files? If so, I suggest downloading it locally first before working on it. Let me know, thank you.
Additionally:
- Does this issue occur in other files as well?
No, I saved my file on D drive.
Also, unfortunately, I don’t have any previous files on my current device to check.
Yes I tried, still the same.
Hi @raalkobisy
I assume this model was directly imported, right? Does Live-sync work normally? How about re-importing the model completely?
If it doesn’t work, let me know. Thanks
I was working on Live-sync before but there was a problem where 3ds Max and D5 render don’t work together and they close immediately, I suppose the problem related to RAM, now I doubled the RAM but the problem still exists, so I decided to close 3ds Max and keep D5 render only and reload the file, but the file disappears when I reload it, and I can’t start new project because I don’t have much time left to submit my thesis.
So What could the problem be?
Thanks for responding.
