The computer crashes when the software starts

Dear D5 Render Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

After updating my computer, I have encountered a serious issue when launching D5 Render. Every time I try to open the application, my computer unexpectedly shuts down and restarts.

I have tried reinstalling the software twice, but unfortunately, the issue still persists.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this problem?
Any support or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Suggestion:

Device restarting upon opening D5 Render is unnatural and abnormal and should not happen. If there are file crashes, it should not force your device to reboot, unless:

  • GPU Power Consumption is greater than your Power Supply - Insufficient Power

Please try to:

  • Update your Windows System
  • Update your BIOS - several users have confirmed this has solved the issue
  • GPU Driver Update
  • If all of these 3 suggestions did not work then it might be best to check your Powersupply and if it is sufficient enough to power your GPU
