Hi, I have the same problem. Every time I use D5 Hi, I get the following error: “system unknown error.” I’ve tried for weeks at different times, and it still doesn’t work.

Have you tried connecting to another network or perhaps using a VPN? Let me know of the results, otherwise, I may need to collect your:

  • Email Address
  • Location/Region

Yes, unfortunately, I’m still getting the same error. I’ve tested it on different computers using the same account, and the issue continues to appear. Here’s the info you asked for in case it helps:

We’ve check our systems and cant seem to find something that is exactly malfunctioning with D5Hi. Our team would want to know the following:

  • can you try to use another browser or perhaps clear your browser’s cache first, then try using D5 Hi?
  • Which feature did you use that prompted this error?
