“System environment error “ please help

Good day

I’ve been having trouble launching D5 since yesterday after updating D5 mind you I’ve been using D5 just fine for about a year now. When I try to sync a project from Revit it gives me an error to “launch D5 manually then sync again” but when I do launch it manually D5 doesn’t not load fully it sends a " program startup failed- system environment error" as shown on attached screenshot. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling D5 twice it did not work. I have attached screenshots of my desktop system, please advise.

Are you still experiencing this problem? Have you tried a clean reinstallation of your drivers or using the DXR Repair Tool found in this link: Why prompt ‘The program cannot be launched because of DLL errors…’ or ‘Program Startup Failed’? | User Manual
