Issue Description: Guys I need urgent help, The second photo is the render I’ve done just last week, it shows the sunlight passing through the window, now the problem is I have revisions in my model and I need a new rendered photo of the revised model and now it is not showing the sunlight inside the building. I haven’t changed anything in the settings. I tried switching from Smooth to Precise display and still doesn’t show the sunlight

Steps to Reproduce (optional):
Hi, seeing your image Custom Sun is not turned on, that is, you have to select it if you need to let the sun come out.
I had it turned on before posting tried everything actually but in the 2nd photo custom sun is also turned off since it’s automatic on the sun diagram where u can easily rotate
Try logitude and latitude and days to see if anything changes.
Then with the sun activated there too, you can change the zenith and the angle
Or if you have the historical file, the latest one, see how it is set up
done EVERYTHING. but I noticed that it only happens on my revised model. I tried the previous one it works, I tried with the structural, it also worked, I don’t know why when it comes to my final revised model it does not work. I am using SKP for my models. I also tried resaving the skp file and re-importing it and still does not work.
The only thing that might help you is to merge it with the one that works, that is, open the D5 file, the one that works, then save it with another name with the modified one, put 1 or 2 at the end of the name, in revi or in skp, then you synchronize it with the one opened in D5 which works. Once you reach 99% of the 1st loading phase D5 will ask you if you want to merge it with that, you do it, everything reloads, after which you will have both the files in D5 updated but even the effects that should work.
Good work
Unfortunately, it did not work see photos, 1st is my old model, 2nd is the revised model. it is already merged
hello, thank you for trying to help me, I appreciate your time. I finally managed to get the sunlight to pass through. I did the live sync of skp-d5
I’m happy that you managed it in the end, maybe there was something that bothered you in Revit, as if something wasn’t letting the light pass through the glass, I thought that the glass material had little transparency, but in the end you succeeded.
Good work
