I have subscribed TEAMS plan 1,5 months ago for 2 people in my office. We have learned how to use this program properly. I would like to thank you for that. But now we decided to use this program only by one staff. Thats why I want to change the plan from TEAMS to PRO. My subscription is monthly and the expiration date is 20.06.2024. Before that day I want to cancel my TEAMS subscription and make the subscription for PRO plan. But even it is not near the expiration day and even I had payed for the next days I can not cancel it. The website does not allow me to do it. I emphasize that I am paying 75 USD per user montly not 59 USD per user monthly for one year. At the begannig the web site has informed me that I could cancel my subscription anytime I want. Could you help me plese?

You can cancel your monthly subscription in ‘‘My Space’’-‘‘Billing&plans’’ by clicking this icon. Please note that cancellations are not supported on the deduction date. Then you can subscribe to D5 Pro. I hope it helps. If encountering any issues, feel free to contact us.
