We have a D5 team account, which should let us use all features that a pro account offers. But now when I log into D5 it is only showing that we have a community account and not a team account. Now we can’t access pro objects and materials. Can someone help? We have paid for the team/pro account.

hi! I have the same problem. D5 Teams is not showing up in my space. there is no billing showing up as well. It only shows the D5 Community. Can you pls help me? I really need it. Thank you!
