Where is this specific file located? What’s the file size of this specific file and the available storage capacity of the drive where this file is located?

May I know where your Workspace folder is stored right now?
Note: We’ve encountered a user with this issue, but their Workspace folder was situated in an external hard drive, which was later disconnected, making the folder inaccessible.

I was able to open your file on my end, but I can’t seem to find the log files that I have requested. Please generate a log file. You need to click “Collect Logs.” There will be a zipped file generated after doing so.
