Studio My Space preset won't load!

**Issue Description:**I can’t load my saved preset in my space studio. The plant presets work and other items I have save but not the environmental effect.

Welcome to D5 forum, and I’m sorry you ran into this issue. Could you provide more details, like screenshots, on this matter? Have you checked your network to see if it is stable enough when you are using my Space Studio? Since it is a cloud-based storage system, it requires a stable connection. Is this the first time you have encountered this issue?
