Stuck in Initializing

Good day. Can I ask for help? D5 is having this issue after the latest windows update last March 11.

Tried everything, even reinstalled my Windows 11. I’m running i7 8700 16gb ram and Gtx 1070. I can use D5 before the windows update, it ran smooth and no problems at all.

Is this happening with a specific model or even with a new model? Did you do an in place non destructive re-install of Windows 11?
