Slider controls changing when changing camera

I found when I render an interior scene I have noticed the sunlight comes on after switching it to dark.
Very strange. As soon as I try to change the camera settings the outside lighting comes on.

When you setup for an interior render the controls of the outdoor sliders change by themselves.
