Sky background image from HDRI "NOT SHOOWING" from all scenes in all files

Issue Description:
Suddenly opening all my D5 project files, Scenes are not showing sky backgrounds from HDRI. Also noticed that my model file is not showing after reloading from Revit workflow. In general I have experienced a very rare behavior of the D5 software just now. I tried this with a couple of my recent projects and the same result so is not file specific setting

Problem resolved after reinstalling latest D5 Version. I hope at least this troubleshooting has some value for you guys.

Were you able to check if this particular has an abnormal value in XYZ positioning?
This issue can be caused by:

  • The model is being situated too far from the origin
  • X and Y values in Revit are abnormal (Instead of a whole number, it displays as 1.423424e+26. This indicates a significant discrepancy in the model’s position)
  • An issue with how the model was brought to D5 Render.

Note: Reinstallation can work as a solution, but it may not always be effective. It’s best to check which plug-in version was used and update it to the latest version. The abnormal X and Y values will also be addressed in the next version of the plug-in.
