Sketchup file is loaded but scenes are empty. 3d view is empty

Issue Description:
SKETCHUP FILE IS LOADED BUT SCENES ARE EMPTY. 3D VIEW IS EMPTY. It’s all gray… Initially, before doing something else and just to be safe, I usually “SAVE AS” the project but when I did that, the old file and new files became empty… It is really frustrating since it happens to most of my projects in D5! I save my files in a NAS drive whice requires internet, when my internet got lost as I was saving, this happened.

Please help, I don’t want to assign materials over and over again. please.

Hi jecojara,

We do not support files to be stored in NAS drive, or other online sharing space. Since we need to build a link between the file stored place and the local d5_immerse folder, and if you put the file in a NAS drive, we may lose the texture/model due to permission/transfer issues.

I am not sure whether you could retrieve the files after opening the NAS drive again. Please save it on a local place then see the result.

Sorry for the inconvenience and we will optimize this kind of operation in the future.
