Could you help me please - I have a trouble with recent sketchup file( For some time I was working on macbook in Sketchup 24 and then tried to open the same file on Win 11 with D5 for rendering (in same sketchup 24) - and file crashes every time while opens. There’s some Live sinc warning from D5 but the window is empty. Meanwhile, the file is normally opens on Mac and other PCs without D5. Where’s the problem?

Complete Reinstallation of D5 Render Livesync - Please delete this folder first then reinstall the Plug-in

The new graphics engine function of SketchUp 2024 can be switched in Preferences window. Relatively speaking, the new graphics engine is not stable. If you are prone to crashes of SU2024 during use, it is recommended to Use a classic graphics engine.

Thank you for answer. Unfortunately it didn’t help =( Though now I see the message from D5 “There’s an exception in loading D5 light data which may cause errors in light synchronisation. Please ensure that the file is saved to version 2020 and above”
Hi @ritz.as. following up on this issue, could you please confirm if you reinstalled the sync plugin as Clovis suggested? Additionally, could you let me know your D5 version so we can attempt to replicate the issue on our end?

Hello @Anthony_D5. Yes, I did the reinstallation, deleting su_to_d5render folder first. Also switched to classic graphics engine in Sketchup - since then file opens a bit more - I could see the model for few seconds and then it crushed.
You mean, did I work with this file before in D5? Not exactly - during my work time to time I save a new version of of the same skp file with the new date to have a backup. And when I open D5 I relink the new skp version to D5 file. I worked like that for a long time and I have a fully configured D5 file with all scenes and stuff - and everything was ok till now.
Today I tried to reinstall both D5 and livesync - it didn’t help either. New empty files opens normally, my file that I worked with D5 and all it’s previous versions doesn’t open.
D5 version 2.9, Livesync version 1.4.0.0017. And maybe this is also essential - Sketchup version on Windows 11 is 24.0.594, Sketchup version on Mac 24.0.483.

Also i found that the needed file actually opens if before that I’ve opened a new empty file and disabled Livesinc plugin. But then, if I enable the plugin in already opened workfile - it crushes
