We have a user with missing side bar content. I found an older post about the same topic Sidebar content missing. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix the issue.

Please let the user update to 2.11.1.0619, we recently released the fix for this issue.
- The update button should be located here
- If the issue persists, please generate a log file.

Thank you for reaching out. Could you please confirm whether the issue only affects your recent projects not showing? Kindly check by going to D5 Render → File → Recent and see if your projects appear there.
If the projects appear in D5 Render (File → Recent) but not in the Launcher, please collect and share your log files with us for further investigation.

Notice that your icon didn’t load either. Does your company’s network have security software enabled? Please try disabling your firewall and attempting again. Alternatively, switch to a different network or your mobile hotspot to verify if the issue persists. By the way, can other devices at your company access D5 normally?
there’s no network security. other PCs work fine. Only mine is the problem
