Hello D5 Support Team,
I have a problem with my account. I logged out from other computers and even changed my password, but when I try to log in on a new computer, I still get the error message: “You have reached the session limit.”
It looks like my old sessions are still active even though I signed out and changed my password. Could you please reset all active sessions on my account so I can log in again?
