Buen dia, el programa se cierra solo tengo un computador con las siguientes caracteristicas Dell G16 4070

  • Procesador: Intel Core i9-13900HX (24 núcleos, hasta 5.4 GHz)
  • Tarjeta gráfica: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 (8 GB GDDR6)
  • Memoria RAM: 32 GB DDR5 a 4800 MT/s
  • Almacenamiento: SSD NVMe PCIe M.2 de 1 TB
  • Pantalla: 16" QHD+ (2560 x 1600), 240 Hz, 100% DCI-P3, NVIDIA G-SYNC
  • Sistema operativo: Windows 11 Pro
  • Teclado: Retroiluminado RGB de 1 zona
  • Conectividad: Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, USB 3.0, Thunderbolt, HDMI

Hi @lfhernpernia apologies for the inconvenience. Does D5 close when opening a specific project or all projects?

I recommend deleting some of the downloaded assets saved in your “f2” folder. The “f2” folder contains cache files downloaded from the online library to your local device, but please note that you will need to re-download these assets after deletion.

Please locate and delete the “f2” folder from your workspace directory. This should help you regain access to your file.

If its happening on all of your files even empty ones, then it might be best to update your BIOS since the processor you’re using is Intel Core i9-13900HX.

  • Although i9-13900HX is the laptop version of i9-13900, we still suggests updating it.
