Ayudaaaaaa, saben porque no me deja guardar mi archivo y se cierra de la nada, completamente se borra todo lo que trabaje, con anterioridad si me dejaba utilizar D5 render sin ningun problema solo fue que se volvio a instalar el programa y ahora no me deja y se cierra repentinamente

Sorry to hear about this. Can you tell me which D5 version you’re using? Do both Ctrl + S and Save As not work? Can you see History Versions in the Launcher or open the file from Recents? When you say it deletes everything, do all materials and objects disappear? Also, where are you saving — locally, on a network, or in the cloud?

Tenia una version anterior despues volvi a instalarle el d5 render a mi laptop y ahora tengo ese problema de que se cierra igual al querer renderizar pasa lo mismo tengo la version mas reciente de D5 Render, esas son las caracteristicas de mi laptop pero me causa ruido porque antes si podia utilizarlo sin problema y ahora que lo reinstalo ya tiene muchos errores.
