Screen Tearing in Live View

Howdy ladies and gentlemen, I just built a new PC JUST and ONLY for D5 Render :smiley: (used to be MacUser).

Now I set everything up and was excited to try a demo scene and baaam:
Screen Tearing in the worst possible way hit me hard.

I installed all relevant driver. But I’m totally new to windows though. Is there anything I`m missing? Is there any special config for the graphics hard?

Here is what I installed:

  • Mainboard driver
  • GPU Driver

My system is:

  • AMD Ryzen 7 5700X
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
  • 64GB DDR 4 RAM

Is there any setting or configuration of D5 im missing? Or is it normal to have screen tearing in live view?

Can you screenshot to show the screen tearing in live view? What’s the version of your GPU driver and detailed version of the system?
