Issue Description:

Whenever I open my file, it would look fine at first. I can see my site and everything but when I try to put an asset, the screen glitches and I cant see anything at all and the d5 would crash. I already tried dowloading a graphics driver and updated it but it still resulted the same.

Hi @2022301685

How did you send the file? If you only sent the DRS then it will surely corrupt; you need to send the whole D5 file folder. Refer to the image below.

• Please click GPU 0 instead of GPU 1, i need to check your Dedicated GPU.
  
  
• If this is only from a specific file, how were you able to bring the model to D5, considering there are no imported files? Are you using the Plug-in?

Oh my bad sorry my bad, i thought u meant if i imported another stuff in my model. yes, the whole model came from sketchup but i didn’t import anything after that.
