Sorry that this is happening to you and I am here to help.
Have you tried running Rhino and D5 Render as Admin?
Have you tried to reinstall D5 Live Sync plugin for Rhino?
Have you also tried Launching D5 First and launching Rhino Next?

Does this only happen solely on using Rhino? If it only happens with Rhino and not with D5, I think it’s best to consult Rhino’s technical support for this, but we’ll help you to the best of our abilities.
Or does it occur when activating the D5 Plug-in? If so, which D5 Render Plug-in Version are you using? Please send us a screenshot
Which Rhino version are you using? How about for D5 Render?
