REVIT SYNC

When i try to open D5 on Revit using SYNC plugin, it does not open, keeps loading until Revit stops working and windows asks it to close. I already tried to reinstall both revit and plugin, so as d5, tried to test in different pc’s, different revit versions, different revit years. Nothing seems to work. Any solution to this problem?

Hi @luisdavi.santos047 can you open D5 through the launcher? Are you able to open D5 from an empty Revit file?

What D5 version, Revit version, and sync plugin version are you using? Please share a screenshot of your system information from the launcher.
