%APPDATA%\Autodesk\Revit\Addins\2021\D5Converter
sorry but I also have no idea why this happens… can you try to copy the D5Plugin.dll in that directory and these two dlls cudadll.7z (155.8 KB) to the installation folder of Revit (where the Revit.exe lies) ?
Another thing you can try is to restart Revit with English language.

In fact, this cudaart…dll files could not be installed with the installer.
