**Issue Description: When i start video render, it renders untill 4%, than just loads, and estimating time just increases. Not loading higher than 4%. I tried to render 4K, 2K, 1080 - same 4% issue. I need to render 13sec animation. **

Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Did it occur in all scene-files or just this specific scene-file? If you try to render our Demo scene, does the load time still not change? Does the value change if you wait a while?
If the graphics memory usage is too high (Over 80 percent), there may be an abnormal rendering time issue, try to optimize the graphics memory usage before rendering. You can refer to this link: How to view and optimize graphics card usage? | User Manual (d5render.com)
If other images/videos can be rendered normally and only this one is output again or stuck at 4% not moving. Can you send the scene files (The entire folder where the .drs file is located) to me to check from my end? You can DM me directly or send to support@d5techs.com, please annotate you are from Forum in the email, so I can quickly find you.
