Render process CPU and GPU hits

Hi there,
My team and I have been playing around with D5 and wanted to know at render time, what processes are being offloaded to the CPU and GPU as we noticed active hits to each. We’re considering a PC upgrade to add more CPU cores only if it benefits the use of the Engine.

Hi,
The CPU is mainly responsible for the interactive logic of D5, such as archive loading, material map analysis, mesh volume analysis, as well as the location calculation of scattered assets, scene resource management, etc.
So if you upgrade CPU, the overall performance of D5 will be better. Do not forget to choose the appropriate power supply.
