Thank u for posting. We have taken this situation into consideration when designing the rain feature, but it still can be not perfect when calculating. From the image you posted, it seems the house is not vertical to the horizon line? Please try adjusting its angles (x,y,z) first.
If the problem remains, I have to suggest you make an eave for it, or you can use a transparent model to block the rain.
Please notice that we need the model to have a thickness.
