Hi @refinda

File corruption is usually caused by:

  • The .drs file is being removed from the file folder.
  • The file was stored in a cloud storage and was not zipped.

Please check the file location of this folder if you can locate it in your device.

  • Ensure that the .drs file was not removed
  • Check if the file exists on your device. You may send us a screenshot of the file folder’s contents.

Thank you for your response. I’ve checked, and the .drs file can be opened. However, I’m still experiencing a problem when trying to save As. Every time I attempt to save (either to a local folder or to a different location), I receive the error message saying the file cannot be saved or has been moved/corrupted.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this?

Hi @refinda

Can you check if the file folder is inside another file folder? If so, try reducing the number of folders where the d5 folder was stored.

I have already saved the project in a folder that is not too deep, but the same notification still appears as shown in the screenshot I sent earlier.
